アメリカのイタリアンのファミレス、オリーブガーデン風のパスタのレシピを見つけたのでメモ。ガーリック・ワインバターソースで、美味しいです。






1 pound raw chicken tenders or strips


3 TBSP all-purpose flour


olive oil


1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti (angel hair)


1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch wide strips


1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch wide strips


1 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/2 inch wide strips


1 red or yellow onion, sliced


3-4 cloves of garlic minced


1 can chicken broth


1 cup white wine





  1. Sauted chicken strips in 1/4 cup of olive oil with salt and pepper.

  2. Remove from pan, leave bits in the bottom. Add peppers and onion to pan and saute until tender, not too soft, then also remove from pan.

  3. Add more olive oil then add 3-4 cloves of garlic minced, saute until soft and slightly brown, be careful not to burn.

  4. Add 3 T flour and whisk well. Then add 1 cup white wine scrapping all bits with a wooden spoon. Stir well so lump of flour will dissolve.

  5. Reduce the heat down on medium heat. Add 1 can chicken broth, stirring well. It will thicken.

  6. Then add 1/4 cup cold butter in pieces, stir well. Check for seasoning may need addtional salt and pepper. Add back in chicken and pepper&onions to reheat.

  7. While you are making the sauce, cook pasta (do not overcook). Add drained pasta to the pan of the sauce. Coat well. Serve.


最初に鶏のささみを焼くときは、塩こしょうを振って、小麦粉(分量外)をまぶしてから焼いてください。また、チキンブロスの代わりに、日本のコンソメスープの素を使ったスープを使うほうが、お味が良い感じです。
